If you desire to have your paper published at a conference but unable to participate in person, there is an option to register as a "virtual presenter." This option provides authors with the opportunity to present their research to an online audience, eliminating the constraints of time, distractions, and the necessity to travel. It also serves as an alternative for delegates who might face financial or political limitations preventing them from attending the conference in person.
Virtual presenters are encouraged to produce a video of their presentation, which will then be uploaded to the official HEF channel and remain accessible online indefinitely.
How to become a virtual presenter:
1. | You must submit an abstract or a full paper related to your research before
the submission deadline, which is on 12/20, 2023. |
2. | Acceptance notifications for this conference will begin on 01/05, 2024. |
3. | Once you receive the acceptance notification for your submission, please send your presentation video to the conference email address by 03/01, 2024 |
4. | The video should be approximately 15-30 minutes in length. |
